ASAC · DEA

Hank Schrader.

Assistant Special Agent in Charge, DEA Albuquerque. Homebrewer.

At home

They're minerals, Marie.

Hank collected minerals and brewed his own beer in the garage. He named it after himself.

On the job

In the field.

Hank never let a lead go cold.

Leaves of Grass

I celebrate myself, and sing myself.

Walt Whitman. The line Hank read, and the first words on every can.

Hank's beer

My name is ASAC Schrader.

And you can buy Schraderbräu.

The man behind Hank

Dean Norris.

Dean Norris played Hank Schrader across all five seasons of Breaking Bad. Then he brought Hank's beer back, brewed for real.
